The story in brief
The medical journey began with the question, not the certificate. This site remains a continuation of the same question in another form: what happens to a physician when he writes what he sees, and what happens to medicine when it is discussed openly?
Why do I write?
Because a case that is not written is lost, and an idea that is not tested remains a belief. Writing here is an extension of the clinic, not an escape from it.
What I offer
Lectures on clinical thinking, workshops on case writing, dialogues on medicine and philosophy, and occasionally intellectual consulting for a nascent project.
